This video was created to aid in recruitment efforts for E. & J. Gallo Winery’s engineering departments. Why? Because job descriptions with a personalized video receive 36% increase in application clicks as well as 37% more time on page. This video humanizes the complex world of engineering at E. & J. Gallo Winery. In all, I collaborated with eight sub-departments: Bottling Performance Engineering, Reliability & Maintenance, Packaging Engineering, Operations Technology, Winery Systems Engineering, Capital Project Management, Facilities Maintenance and Process Technology.

This radio ad targeted Minnesota Vikings fans to drive awareness & consideration to drink Black Box Wine. 
This began broadcasting on Audible the first week of the 2021 NFL season.
